Our High Performance Tennis Program in San Francisco is designed for competitive junior players ready for more intensive training, higher-level match play, and the demands of tournament tennis.
Training goes beyond stroke development. Players work on point construction, tactical decision-making, movement, patterns of play, match strategy, and mental toughness — learning not just how to hit the ball, but how to build points and win matches.
Sessions combine high-intensity drills, live-ball situations, competitive point play, and match-specific training in an environment that challenges players to raise their level.
Admission is based on playing level. A player assessment is required before joining the program.
